Program Description
- Adult Center For Enrichment LLC provides services for up to 120 individuals. Service is tailored to the Advanced Aged, Developmentally Disabled, Physically Disabled, those adults who have Traumatic Brain Injury, adults with Irreversible Dementia, Terminal Illness, and Emotionally Disturbed adults.
- The center is dedicated to providing a satisfying experience to all participants enrolled in the programs. The supportive services of the program are individual in design. At the facility, passionate caregivers incorporate activities and services to foster a sense of excellence and to accentuate respect, dignity, healthy recreation, and community strength.

The services provided in this facility include respite care for persons assigned to the program. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am- 5 pm, January 1 through December 31. No service is provided on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
Adult Center For Enrichment LLC is located at 4848 S 76th Street, Greenfield WI 53220. The 8,829 square foot multi-use building features five bathrooms. On the lower level, immediately outside the center’s door, a bathroom is accessible to individuals, men, and women separately.
The center has four bathrooms designated as gender-specific, two for men and two for women for those who want privacy. This property is located in an activity-friendly area as it is in the middle of the city close to various malls, parks, and other recreational opportunities.
Upon entry, participants are assessed and individualized services designed as needs indicates for the personal development of the participant. As a result, staffing patterns of the program may increase and decrease based on the assessed needs of the participant.
Participants attending the center will achieve levels of skill, social development to assist them in community reattachment, and discourse with friends and family. Medical check-ups and professional screenings are provided by a nurse. Adult Center For Enrichment LLC’s daily rate is $65.00-$120 per day. This rate includes transportation, a hot meal, medication administration, toileting, and personal cares as a service to its clients. Staff provides for those participants who require 1-to-1 ratio care.
- Ambulatory and non-ambulatory activities are offered at the facility. Participants have an option of recreation and therapeutic activities guided by staff or independent activities monitored by qualified instructors and/or staff. Ethnicity and religion are celebrated and nurtured to foster a unique experience. Walkers, wheelchairs, and canes are available at the facility for use by participants. Beautifying is a service that the center provides. Daily grooming needs/habits and other important information are noted in each participant’s file.
